Yesterday John Lydon Called Sting An Irrelevent Old Fart Who Ain't Got It No More... All Hail John Lydon!
John Lydon blows something up...
John Lydon rags on a variety of people...
Here's Johnny with the sort of guys we can all relate to...
Here's PIL doing Public Image...
Here's PIL doing Death Disco...
And Seattle...
And Poptones...
Finally, here's Careering (an absolute classic!)...
For those of you think The Police are - how shall I put it - really swell, here they are kicking off their 2007 world tour of old folks homes...
I never did like The Police, and I always really did loathe Sting, so it does my heart good to see them doing so poorly. Didn't anyone have the nerve to tell them they sucked out loud?
Ah, the dangers of not knowing when to quit...
I wonder how much I can get for my copy of "God Save the Queen" on EBay?
$99.00???
I'm outa here!

It's not about music it's about topping up the pension plan.

Johnny's really cute, spastic, and has a manly sense of self. I really liked the sound of Careering. Still, at the end of the day, don't we all have a schtik and speil?
"Authentic" lasts only as long as fad and marketing don't popularize it, and how snobby is that- that if a lot of people like it's inauthentic?
But truer words were never spoken: "Ah, the dangers of not knowing when to quit..."

I forgot how boring a song 'poptones' was. Thanks!

Yeah, 'cause everybody's talking about John Lydon these days.

Well, he's about twenty years too late. Plus, even though I like The Police, they are shitty live performers. (So is Sting solo.) In fact, Sting is only 1 of two acts I have walked out on.

Obviously, the Police did a Sting on Dennis and that's why the discriminating .0004% of America is now having to do without him.
Where can we send bail?
