Pajamas Media's Pudknockin' Patrick Poole Gets It All Wrong...
As we mentioned yesterday in our Hey, I'm A Terrorist post, the fearless Pajamas Media "investigative reporter" and Executive Director of the yet-to-be-actually-incorporated "Central Ohioans Against Terrorism", Mr. Patrick Poole, had yet to actually present a verified fact related to his breathless suggestion that Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland was about to nominate a Muslim [insert collective gasp of horror here] to head the Ohio Civil Rights Commission. Well, times have changed. Here's Mr. Poole's one verified fact:
Update #1 (0930 12/18/07): STOP THE PRESSES. Apparently the rumors about Al-Akhras possibly taking over the open OCRC post are NOT TRUE.
Poole goes on to state the following:
Even more surprising than that, I'm informed that Al-Akhras intends to follow the example of his fellow jihadist, former Hilliard HAMAS cleric Salah Sultan, and is set to flee the country for the Middle East very shortly. More details are forthcoming.
Which, given Poole's track record, will probably amount to Al-Akhras vacationing in South Dakota sometime in 2009.
Note: I'm sure this will come as a complete shock... Neither Charles "The Poodle" Johnson at Little Green Footballs, nor Pamela "Pammycakes" Geller of Atlas Shrugs has issued corrections to their posts citing Poole's reporting as evidence of The Muslim Menace⢠engulfing Ohio. And these morons wonder why people like me don't take them seriously...
Patrick's a real upgrade from Charles, don't you think?
