As those of you who visit this site often know, comments from one PeterUK have been a regular feature over the years. His comments have graced this site since forever, or so it seems, and as they were always witty, pithy and on-topic, they were always welcome.
Sadly, PeterUK, whose real name is Peter Bocking, passed away recently.
Although we had traded emails at times over the past some years, I knew nothing about him other than the fact that he appreciated my writing. Fortunately for all of us, his friends have set up a tribute page to him here which allows all of us to learn about the man behind the name.
I, for one, will miss him.
