All too often, it seems that today's artistic and sensitive Progressive has moved beyond the medium of poetry to give voice to his (or her) concern about the challennges, problems and injustices facing society. Today we offer two examples of such... well, movement.
First, we have a music video created by a concerned - but obviously demented - child who sees Global Warming as enough of a threat to all (but especially the polar bears) that only her really, really bad singing can alert the rest of us to impending doom.
Global warming in the hands of children is dangerous enough, but when you start getting Icelandic types singing about it, well, things can only get worse. This video was created by a 47 year-old Icelandic bus driver, who attempts to save us from our fate while simultaneously launching his folk singing career...
My, those were really, really bad, now weren' they?
